The complex was created to secure a factory location in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, to create jobs, and to revitalize the local economy through private development thereof for end-users, pursuant to Article 16 (1) (6) of the 「 Industrial Location and Development Act」. It is located in Yeonhwa-ri, Jicheon-myeon, Chilgok-gun.
