Venue Rental Application
- Those who want to rent the facilities should apply for the venue rental to the governor in advance.

The governor admits the venue rental, if any of the following Items are satisfied:
- Commemoration events associated with the Korean War
- Events that enhance Chilgok-gun residents' awareness of security and love for the country
- Other paid or free performances or events that the governor admit for residents' rich cultural life

According to Paragraph 2, facilities to be rented are as follows:
- Convention Center
- Seminar Room
- Other Subsidiary Facilities
- n case of competition, venue rental permission form will be issued depending on the order in which it is received. However, there shall be an exception, if there is a special reason that the governor recognizes.
- Specific details regarding facility rental shall be stated by the rules.
Hours of Use
- Hours of use for the rented facilities shall be based upon our opening hours in accordance with the provision of Article 1.
- Despite the provision of Paragraph 1, those who rent the facility can extend their hours of use with the governor's approval, when having a special reason.
Venue Rental Fees
- Users should pay their venue rental fee, as stated in the attached table 2, 7 days before your expected time of use according to the provision of Article 11.
Discount of Venue Rental Fees

The governor admits discounted venue rental fees, if any of the following Items are satisfied.

Full Discount
- Events, performances, or exhibitions organized or hosted by government or local autonomous entities such as on national holidays
- Non-profit events organized by artifacts donors

Partial Discount (50% discount)
- Not-profit events sponsored by government or local autonomous entities
- Events that the governor admits that there is a special reason.

Full Discount
- Despite the provision of Paragraph 1, those who rent the facility can extend their hours of use with the governor's approval, when having a special reason.
Venue Rental Fee Refund

Venue rental fees shall be refunded in case of each of the following Items:
- When venue rental application is canceled or halted by the management's special circumstances: full refund corresponding to any days not used, out of the amounts of money paid.
- When venue rental is not available due to irresistible reasons including natural disasters: full refund corresponding to any days not used, out of the amounts of money paid.
- When those who received the venue rental permission submit their cancellation 7 days before the day of use: full refund
- When those who received the venue rental permission submit their cancellation 3 days before the day of use: 80% refund
- When those who received the venue rental permission submit their cancellation until 18:00 1 day before the day of use: 50% refund
Cancellation and Restriction of Venue Rental Application
- The governor can cancel, restrict, or halt the use of facilities for rental in accordance with the provision of Article 25 (of Public Property and Commodity Management Act).
Users' Guidelines
- Users shall be careful when using the facilities and the equipment in the Memorial.
- hose who receive the venue rental permission shall not transfer the permission to a third party.
Compensation & Reimbursement Measures
- Those who do not pay attention to their facility management duty on Paragraph 1 of Article 17 shall compensate for the damages or undo the damages done, when destroying or damaging the facilities in the Memorial.
